Arieh Max Sacke

Tenor Arieh Max Sacke is establishing himself as a versatile performer of opera, oratorio, concert, and choral repertoire.
He recently performed the role of Alexis in Gilbert & Sullivan’s The Sorcerer (MADS) and was previously a Festival Artist at Opera Saratoga, where he performed the role of Elder Three in Lembit Beecher’s Sky on Swings and covered Pirelli in Sweeney Todd.
Passionate about new music, Arieh has premiered two operatic roles and was recently the tenor soloist at Roy Thomson Hall in Amina Claudine Myers’s Improvisational Suite. Arieh’s performances of oratorio throughout Southern Ontario include the title role of Moses in R. Nathaniel Dett’s The Ordering of Moses with the eponymous Nathaniel Dett Chorale.
Arieh completed his Master of Music at the University of Cincinnati College–Conservatory of Music following undergraduate studies at the University of Toronto.
