He has also been an advocate for Human Rights, raising awareness, campaigning and fundraising for Amnesty International, ACT, Victims of Violence and other non-profit organizations.

In 2022, Fabian participated as one of the performers in the Summer and Fall Berkovsky Masterclass Series here at Avenue Road Academy of Music.

Fabian-De'on is active in the Toronto music scene, teaching children at Dixon Hall Music School, attending the UofT Community Masterclass for Professional Musicians and performing at local venues (for many local organizations throughout the city including St Andrews United, New Horizons Seniors Residence, The Primetimers, to name a few)
