About the recital:

For generations, Prague has been one of the major music centres of the world, and is known as the conservatory of Europe. Some of the finest composers called it home, and wrote their best music for the city. To celebrate the Year of Czech Music, soprano Grace Quinsey, bass-baritone John Holland, and pianist William Shookhoff present a vocal recital of favourites, alongside rarities, by Mozart, Dvořák, and Smetana, with arias and scenes from Jakobín, Rusalka, Don Giovanni, Le Nozze di Figaro, Prodaná Nevěsta, and more.
